Who we are
BakuFlow is a travel planning app for Baku that is still being built. This policy covers the website and its waitlist. You can reach us at the address at the end of this page.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email and, if you give them, your country and planned travel month. We also store whether you want to test the app early, the language of the page, the campaign link you came from, and the time you agreed to this policy.
Why, and on what basis
We use this only to tell you when BakuFlow is ready, to invite early testers, and to understand which countries and channels people come from. We rely on your consent, which you give with the checkbox and can withdraw at any time. We do not sell your data or send advertising from other companies.
Who processes it
Our service providers store and serve the data for us: Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting) and PostHog (analytics, servers in the EU). They may process data outside Azerbaijan, under their own security and data protection terms.
Analytics
We count page visits and sign-ups with PostHog without cookies. Your email is never sent to analytics.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after the app launches, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to us at the address below and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
The waitlist is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
